Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.
Security & Identity Verification
S25fe reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. This verification process is part of the protective measures we have in place to ensure the security of all members.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or notice any suspicious activity, you are required to contact the s25fe support team immediately through the official channels provided on the platform.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment
- Making deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods
- Contacting customer support for technical assistance
- Accessing promotions and offers available to registered members
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to access the platform
- Attempting to manipulate the odds system or game outcomes
- Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information
- Any activity intended to exploit promotions in an unauthorised manner
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. s25fe will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and transaction history.
- Where a bonus or promotion carries a wagering requirement, it must be fulfilled in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
- S25fe reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, for fraud prevention and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Delays caused by financial institutions or payment service providers are beyond s25fe's control.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
S25fe is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. s25fe's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty calendar days preceding the claim.
S25fe reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
All content, designs, logos, software code, and visual elements on the s25fe platform are the exclusive property of s25fe or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from s25fe.
